We recently arranged to have four carpets fitted by Carpet Court Joondalup (lounge + 3 bedrooms). The sales staff were very helpful and accommodating and the price was very competitive. The carpet fitter also did an amazing job and the finished result is great. Thank you to all the staff for your patience and for going the extra mile to get the result we wanted.

Tyler the Salesperson came to the house and measured up for 7 rooms. he was on time and very thorough. The carpet was ordered and arrived before the expected timeframe. Tyler contacted us and locked in dates for installation. Ross the carpet layer was very professional and explained how he was going to lay the carpet and where the joins would be. We are very pleased with the purchase and the install and all rubbish was removed and cleaned up mess inside. Would thoroughly recommend.

And don’t worry about the showrooms being in Joondalup - Yes he will come and visit you with a large sample range. He regularly supplies carpet to us at Karrinyup Lakes Lifestyle Village.

We were recommended to go to Joondalup Carpet Court for our floor coverings and I'm so glad that we did. From the moment that we stepped into the store we were treated like the staff wanted us to be there, not like another shop that we had been to where the staff didn't seem interested in our custom at all. Peter was very patient with us because we were undecided as to what we really wanted but we eventually worked it out. We then had to wait for some renovations to be finished so everything was delayed but Peter was very good about it all and worked in with our delays. We finally had the last of the flooring layed last week and we are extremely happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Joondalup Carpet Court, their service is outstanding.

WARNING.......I would strongly recommend not using this business. The girl that worked there was lovely, one of the guys there has great knowledge but does not follow through on what he says he will do.The owner is totally rude, totally disrespectful to people that are going to spend quite a lot of money on new flooring in their house.The owner of this business does not even deserve to have a business so if you value your money and want to be treated with respect do not give you money to this business.The way the owner treated us was totally disgraceful for any business owner.

Recently bought carpet from Joondalup Carpet Court and I encountered nothing but professionalism, friendliness and high level of product knowledge from Peter W, from the moment I walked into the store. I also recommend them for their good prices and communication with me at all times. He also arranged prompt carpet-laying that was done with no fuss, no mess and with lots of courtesy!
