Had hybrid boards fitted a month ago and am so pleased with the end result. In store experience was excellent and the installers did a great job too. Competitive prices and highly recommend.

From the time i walked into the store to the install was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, nothing was a hassle. I was able to choose my carpet quickly with the expert knowledge from Anthony, my rooms where measured quickly and the install was hassle free, perfectly done and quick. I would highly recommend Midland Carpet Court for all your flooring needs. One very happy customer. :D

From initially walking into the store and selecting floorboards we found Matthew in sales and Matthew the installer both very helpful and easy to deal with. Excellent customer service in store and via communication. Will be back to select carpet in the future simply because of the impressive previous dealings. Thanks guys. Really pleased.

Cannot rate or recommend Carpet Court Midland highly enough. Absolutely exceptional customer service; the whole team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, they genuinely want you to find the perfect carpet for your home and will go above and beyond to help you achieve that. Our installer was also incredible and we are very impressed with his workmanship. Thank you again to the team, we are beyond happy!!

Great service initially Yasemin helped us on the first visit to the store. Came back the following day and picked up some samples, nothing was a problem. Matthew came out Saturday afternoon for us and did the quote as we were in a bit of a hurry. The price was good, the carpet looked right so we went ahead. Matthew had the carpet ordered and underway and install done within a couple of weeks. Theo did a very nice installation job and the finished product looks really good. This is our second carpet install from Carpet Court Midland, we dealt with Matthew's dad Rocco 22 years ago and he has carried on the family tradition nicely. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Every aspect was outstanding. I had initially been quoted by another store, but midland beat the quote by almost a grand on the same product. Matt has been fantastic to deal with and was understanding with the situation I was in (I needed a builder to do work first and due to my location it was a lengthy time to find one). The product is amazing and how it's turned out is better than I expected. I can wait to have them back to complete down stairs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
