Heather and her team were amazing. We were from interstate and they organised everything for us remotely.. everything from the demolition and removal of the old flooring, to the installation of the new flooring, which turned out absolutely amazing. Her team provided professional advice and took flooring samples into our interstate property and showed us pictures and gave us their opinions. They were trustworthy and liased directly with our property agents for the keys- we didn't need to lift a finger or pick up the phone to anyone. I highly recommend this beautiful family business.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Had a great experience with everyone, from the individuals at the store to the workers who installed my carpet and flooring. You can clear see everyone takes pride in their work and what they do. My home was left immaculate after both installations, to the point where they swept any mess that went onto my lawn and cleaned the dust that went onto my house. As part of the Installation process you have to take any doors out as the height of the previous flooring could be different. I accident left a door in which was in their way and the guys took it off, cut the door to length and put new trim for me, which was not apart of their job. I could not recommend Carpet Court Canning Vale enough, they really do go above and beyond.

Heather was an absolute delight to deal with. From start to end she showed a genuine interest in delivering the best for us. She took the time to understand our needs and advised on the best product to suit the house and our needs. Can’t speak highly enough about our great experience at Carpet Court Canning Vale. Staff were great and genuinely helpful, price was reasonable, carpets were fitted exactly when we were told they would be (and again, the staff were excellent and very considerate), and best off all, the carpets look fantastic. I really can’t fault anything - and I can be fussy! So very appreciative to Carpet Court for an excellent service.

Staff listened carefully to our needs, allowed us to borrow some samples overnight so that we could test how the different carpet colours and textures worked in the changing light from day to night. They worked to provide a competitive price. Laying was on the agreed date, on time and to a high standard. We are very happy with the result.

This is the second time we dealt we these guys. A fantastic service from A to Z. The installer was professional and thorough. We are so happy we went Carpet Court. Definitely recommed them
