Great professional service! The whole process with Hobsons from start to finish has been fabulous - from initial email quote, to in-store assistance, final quoting, booking installation etc. - communication and everything has been spot on. Big shout out to Reece who was incredibly diligent and professional and did an excellent job replacing our carpets. We are SO happy with the result. Thank you Carpet Court for one less thing to stress about when moving house!

We purchased our carpet from Hobsons Carpet Court this year. We received fabulous service and the sales staff had a good knowledge of carpets and those which best suited our needs and budget. The carpet layers phoned ahead to let up know that they were 10 minutes away from arrival and were very professional and efficient in laying the carpets. We had a wonderful experience from sales to carpet layers and I would highly recommended a visit to Hobsons Carpet Court.

Whilst we are very happy with the blind which Hobsons installed for us, we were not so happy with the poor communication. We ordered the blind at the end of November, and we’re told installation would be mid January. I had to contact them around 20 January, and they just emailed back that the blind was now being powder coated and would take an extra 2 weeks. Almost 4 weeks later I contacted them again - they said it had (miraculously) just arrived that day and could be installed the following day, which it was. I get that things happen which delay delivery, but a courtesy phone call would have gone a long way. We were left with the feeling that had we not contacted them, our delivery would not have been prioritised. Will not buy from them in future.

Don't waste your time or theirs. Quote did not specify any details inc the carpet they were quoting on. Unable to match the carpet selected in store to their quote . Rob advised they were busy and did not want t he business. Floor assistant had previously advised she would email the carpet selected but did not do so. Sorry rob for wasting your time and mine.

We have purchased our window treatments, floor coverings and outdoor blinds for our last two homes in Busselton. The level of product and service that Carpet Court Buseelton has delivered has been fantastic. We will be back for the same great service next time.

We shopped around to find the right product for our new house and right from the moment we walked in, we received the best advice and service. Rob ensured that all went perfectly with the measuring and installation and we are delighted with the result. The shutters are just beautiful and the quality superb. Fantastic service - the staff (especially Holly) showed us a wide range of options for both carpets and wooden flooring and offered multiple suggestions and solutions to meet our specific needs. Installation was really quick and very professionally done by Rhys. We would highly recommend Carpet Court Busselton!
